'Barrier To Entry', 2018

A barred view, on the Moor, looks into an escalator/stairwell very clearly under construction. All kinds of barriers block our way from entering and some of the barriers themselves are still incomplete. The Light Cinema opened it’s doors in late 2017 facing onto Charter Row but this entrance and upper walkway, if I recall right, were still under-construction into early 2018.
