Called 'Love-Lust, Love-Lost' named in response to a piece of graffiti on one of the walls. This was the old Stones Brewery (aka Cannon Brewery) a Sheffield institution which existed from 1948 until 1999, having been rebuilt in 1962. The building has remained empty for the past 20 years. It's a prime spot for urban explorers as the inside spaces are huge and fascinating. Wiki article about Stones Brewery as was here in Sheffield https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stones_Brewery
The companion piece 'Wells Richardson', show depicts the one time character filled offices ('Cannon House') of this large brewery works which now house a chartered accountants.
Seen on the Wiki page "Stones Bitter has suffered a decline in sales since the closure, and a member of the Bass board of directors that took the decision to close the brewery has admitted that, given the subsequent resurgence in golden ales and local provenance in beer, the decision to close the brewery was the wrong one. Retrospectively, he argues that Bass should have backed Stones over Worthington." - ouch!
